Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peloton gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn performance apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
